Mission Statement

하나님의 말씀으로 무장되어 세상의 문화를 변화시키는 영향력 있는 그리스도인으로 살아가며 시대의 모델이 되는 건강한 크리스챤을 세우는 것입니다.
To be an influential Christian armed with the word of God to change the secular culture and to build healthy Christian role models for our generation.

The Ministry Values

  1. We value transforming lives through Biblical application. 성경의 적용과 삶의 변화를 가치있게 여깁니다.
  2. We value leading people into new life through outreach ministry. 새 생명을 살리는 전도를 가치있게 여깁니다.
  3. We value effective ministry with preserving traditions. 전통을 소중히 여기지만 사역의 효율성에 더 가치를 둡니다.
  4. We value pursuing excellence and using individual gifts. 각자의 은사와 탁월함 추구를 가치있게 여깁니다.
  5. We value serving and ministry of every believer over the titles. 직분보다 섬김과 평신도 사역을 가치있게 여깁니다.
  6. We value small group communities and large group celebrations. 소그룹 공동체와 대그룹 축제예배를 가치있게 여깁니다.
  • 평신도가 교회 사역에 적극 참여하는 평신도 중심의 목회 (Ministry by the full participation of every believer)
  • 대그룹 보다는 소그룹 중심의 목회 (Focused on the small groups more that the large group)
  • 교회와 가정 사역의 일치를 통한 가정 중심의 목회 (Centered on family ministry)
  • 교회 성장도 중요하지만 선교에 중점을 두는 목회 (Desiring not just for the church growth but committed to missions)
  • 건물보다는 사람이 중요시 되는 투명한 목회 (Valuing people over the buildings)
  • 인간적 노력을 앞세우는 목회를 하기 보다는 성령님께 맡기는 평안의 목회 (Less reliant on men’s efforts and more dependent upon the Holy Spirit)
  • 성도들이 안정감을 갖고 신앙생활을 할 수 있는 믿음의 목회 (Helping the believers to live in security of their faith)
  • 교회 행정은 탄력적인 고무줄 목회 (Flexible administrative ministry)
  • 기존의 목회를 답습하기 보다는 늘 새로움을 추구하는 대안의 목회 (Not copying the existing churches but constantly striving to be new and creative)
  • 동역자를 귀히 여기며 함께 세워나가는 팀 목회 (Team ministry that values fellow ministers)
  • 다음세대의 지도자를 세우는 리더십 목회를 지향합니다. (And a ministry that build up the next generation leaders.)
